The Danger of Constructions for Homes & Businesses

The most dangerous Sha... aka Negative Energy in the Feng Shui world.  And that is Construction.  That includes landscaping, infrastructure constructions, and building constructions.  Basically, anything that disturbs the ground.  Leaving it alone will bring all sorts of negative things in life, from wealth impact to affecting relationships to causing illnesses and injuries. Here in Utah for example, we are famous for Road Constructions everywhere. How do we identify which one will affect us? And which one will not? First, we review the route that we take in our everyday life. Are there any new constructions that popped up recently?  Is there one within a mile radius of your home, or your work?  Do you drive past a construction site every day when you go outside? If the answer is yes to any of those questions, then you have a problem...  Before we try to place sets to nullify the problem, we always check to see if we can just avoid it in the first place.  Perhaps you can avoid the co

Picking the Right Colors for You

Colors do matter when it comes to home and business decors.  From the car that you drive to the clothes that you wear, the colors of your wall to the furniture in your office.  This is definitely a sensitive topic in our current political environment today.  It could easily be misinterpreted as something else.

The focus will be on the usage of different colors in Feng Shui.  We use them in many areas of life.  Where would we apply the colors with Feng Shui?  The floors, walls, and ceilings in your home will be a great start.  While contrast is good, you don't want conflicting colors, such as Red and Black.  Since Red is Fire and Black is Water.  We call that "Water-Fire Clashing" in Feng Shui, which will put whoever lives in these environments in a constant state of battle.  As you get older, you become vulnerable to health effects as well.

Fire represents our Heart, Eyes, and Skin.  While Water represents our Kidney and Bladder.  Males are more vulnerable to heart problems, while females are affected more by bladder issues.

For folks born in Spring and Summer, they should go with cooler colors, such as Blue, Black, White, Gray, Silver, and Gold.  As for Autumn and Winter folks, they should go with warmer colors, such as Red, Orange, Purple, and Green.  Any sub-colors that resulted from the color mixtures in the same group are fine too.

What to do if you have mixed birth seasons living under the roof, you wouldn't want to harm somebody while benefiting others.  At that point, you would go with a more neutral color, which belongs to the Earth element.  Any colors such as brown, beige, or cream are considered neutral.  I went with beige in my current home because I have mixed birth seasons in my household, but had it just been my wife and me, we would have gone with a more whitish color as we belong in the same season of birth.

Also, you do not have to use the same color across the home, you can have neutral colors in the common areas, then mix it up with seasonal colors in the individual bedrooms, or offices.  I have clients that painted each of their bedrooms differently based on the kids' birthday all the time.

As for cars, you may not always get the color that you want, especially with new cars.  Say you want to buy a Tesla.  They have 5 colors available, and 4 of the 5 are great for Spring and Summer born folks. However, if you are an Autumn/Winter, then you only have 1 choice, Red, that will benefit you.
They also do not make any neutral colors, so you may have to spend a little extra to get the color wrapped into the color that you want.

Other brands such as Audi have similar issues, they have 10 colors to choose from, only 1 work for Autumn and Winter born folks, and a neutral color, then you got 8 of these 10 colors that are great for Spring and Summer folks.  Car manufacturers these days definitely have an unintentional bias to benefit Spring and Summer season folks.  Alternatively, you could go with a more vintage route to own an older car, as there are plenty of them in the 80s and 90s with colors that will benefit Autumn/Winter folks.

Clothing is optional...  when it comes to Feng Shui.  My mentor had once told me that it does not benefit a person at all.  But through trial and error, I had personally tried wearing the colors that benefit me, and it did give a boost in confidence.  So I will leave it at clothing is optional.

2021 Tiger

Continue with the next zodiac sign, Tiger.  To determine whether you are a Tiger or not, see if you were born in any of these years: 1926, 1938, 1950, 1962, 1974, 1986, 1998, 2010, 2022 (are you from the future?) It is going to be a decent year for Tiger, your wealth is ranked fifth this year out of the 12 zodiac signs.  The fifth place is actually quite good this year, mainly because there are 4 other exceptionally well sign: Ox, Dragon, Sheep, and Dog that are better than you. The positive stars that follow Tiger this year consist of the Red Joyous star and the Sun star. Whether you are married or not, this will benefit you. Red Joyus is the best cherry blossom star - loosely translated from the direct translation of "peach blossom".  It is basically a symbolic meaning of a relationship.  The cherry blossoms are positive.  Everyone will think of you as a better-looking person this year. Any type of social encounter will become more successful this year whether be for love,

Ox 2021

Welcome to the year of Metal Ox that officially starts on February 3, 2021.  2020 is not quite over year in terms of the zodiac calendar year. If you were born in these years, then you are an Ox: 1925, 1937, 1949, 1961, 1973, 1985, 1997, 2009, 2021 Ox by nature is an Earth-Water element sign, which will be great for nullifying some of the clashes created by Fire and Metal in 2020. Every time you reach your own year, you will be Committing Tai Sui, which inevitably creates negative emotions.  This year will hit the worst for those turning age 36.  It is slightly better for those turning 48.  For those that are turning 12, I would just worry about their mental state from school pressure.  We had to deal with a lot of changes with 2020 for our school system.  Those that are turning 24, worry about minor injury, some early relationship issues, and perhaps a chance of marriage. As for those who are in the 60, watch for health, stay alert on teeth health, if the lip area gets darkened, go se

2021 Snake

After Dragon, we have Snake, did you know these two signs are best friends?  These would be years for Snake if you were born in any of them: 1917, 1929, 1941, 1953, 1965, 1977, 1989, 2001, 2013 Snake is having a Triple-Joint with Tai Sui year.  Meaning it will boost your overall luck for this year, especially for relationships.  Charging forward is the theme for Snake this year. Despite wealth only ranked 10th, it is not bad compared to other years because there are many very good signs for wealth this year.  The relationship area received an extra boost from Tai Sui jointing.  Everything will flow smoother if relationships are great with others.  There will support from distanced benefactors as well. For positive stars, there are the Gold Palanquin and Three-Stage stars.  Both of these stars will help elevate social status.  They also help with decision making, saving money, and helping your talent shine this year. With the combined effect from the distanced benefactor and relationsh
